RETURNS POLICY

Baby Bazaar will fully refund or replace any products purchased if they are found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Strictly no returns on personalised or sale items.

Should you change your mind on items other than personalised items, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions:

• Contact is made with Baby Bazaar within 7 days of delivery
• Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery, postage at own expense
• The goods need to be in the original condition and unopened as purchased.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind orders.
